Managing MemberWilfred Yartey, CPA, FCCA
Wilfred is a CPA and Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of progressive experience in accounting, tax, compliance, audit, and financial management for small and mid-sized organizations. He began his career in public accounting, serving business clients and developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, tax preparation, and client advisory services. He later expanded into government contracting, nonprofit auditing, and regulatory compliance, including consulting with HUD on loan recertification and evaluating federal contractors’ compliance with DCAA requirements and federal acquisition regulations as a DoD auditor. Wilfred has also held global controllership roles with the Luminate Group and World Resources Institute, where he strengthened financial operations, supported international reporting, and developed deep expertise in both US GAAP and IFRS. His broad background reflects a practical, technically strong finance leader with the ability to support compliance, improve reporting, and guide organizations through complex financial environments.
ManagerDennis Mensah Sarbah, CPA
Dennis is an Accounting Manager with more than eight years of experience serving nonprofit and commercial clients. He currently works at KABOOM! Inc., where he oversees month-end close, revenue recognition, account reconciliations, grant accounting, and financial reporting for program teams and leadership. Previously, Dennis held senior accounting roles at BDO USA, LLP and World Resources Institute, supporting financial statement preparation, audit coordination, internal controls, and complex technical accounting matters. His nonprofit experience gives him strong expertise in grant accounting, donor reporting, and compliance-focused financial management. Dennis is well-versed in US GAAP and IFRS and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2021. He holds a BSc in Business Administration, Accounting concentration, from the University of Ghana, graduating with First Class Honors.
Staff AccountantEirene Reynolds
Eirene Reynolds is a Staff Accountant with the firm, supporting the team with core bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Her responsibilities include data entry, reconciling accounts, filing and organizing financial documents, assisting with basic financial statement preparation, and supporting senior staff during month-end close and audit engagements. Eirene brings a unique background to her role, having started her career as a pharmacist before transitioning into accounting. She is currently pursuing her ACCA qualification and holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana).
